Registration fee:

Early bird full registration (before November 10, 2025): $400
Early bird student registration (before November 10, 2025): $350
Regular full registration: $480
Regular student registration: $400

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Full and Student Registration includes:

Attendance of Keynote presentations, regular sessions, and panel discussions
Lunch and coffee breaks
Welcome Reception
Dinner
Digital THETA conference program and abstract collection (e-mailed PDF after the conference)

Travel Awards and Support:

Travel awards and financial support to attend THETA are not available. This conference is not for-profit nor is it sponsored by any government agency or professional society. We regret to inform you that we cannot provide any financial support. Registration fees are kept at a minimum to cover all the costs of hosting the THETA Workshop.
