Registration fee:

Early bird full registration (before August 31, 2024): $300
Early bird student registration (before August 31, 2024): $100
Attendee registration (non-presenter): $200
Regular full registration: $400
Regular student registration: $150
Additional Gala Dinner ticket: $100

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Online registration is processed using Eventbrite and will open on July 15, 2024.

Full and Student Registration includes:

Up to two abstract presentations
Attendance of Keynote presentations, regular sessions, and panel discussions
Lunch and coffee breaks
Gala Dinner (full registration only)
Digital THETA conference program and abstract collection (e-mailed PDF after the conference)

Travel Awards and Support:

Travel awards and financial support to attend THETA are not available. This conference is not for-profit nor is it sponsored by any government agency or professional society. We regret to inform you that we cannot provide any financial support. Registration fees are kept at a minimum to cover all the costs of hosting the THETA Workshop.
